ok, to the left the cover of my soon to be printed book to the right the first page. as far as when it'll be done, all i can say is some time in june. due mostly to the fact that i've made the bonehead decision to do the book in full color ( i know, im a madman!!!!!), so its going to take longer than expected. some of you guys had some really good questions last time i posted pages so i'm going to try an answer them.
1) whats the book called?
A) Sanctuary School: Year One
2) is it the number 2 to the book i released last year?
A) no, it has all of the same characters in it as "Tales of Yellow and White" but the focus is on all the kids at Sanctuary not just Nina. in other words Sanctuary School is the main story Yellow & white is a "side quest" of sorts.
3) where can you buy it?
A) right now, nowhere. i was going to sell it at this years Small Press Expo, but with no fan base i feel like i'd be wasting my time. so for the time being i'll sell it through the books web sight debuting soon.
that should do it i'll keep in touch, progress reports and such. laters!

in between drawing pages i've been playing with my druid Isis and her spider mount fang in puzzle quest. its a pretty good game if you're a nerd like me, and it takes care my gaming urges in about a half hour or so.

oh my goodness this took forever to get done! not because it was hard or anything, i've just been really busy/lazy (or bla-zy) all week. but im back on track now so woot! oh, and for those not in the know, the blue one is lucario from pokemon and the red one is cutman.exe of battle network fame. both excellent GBA games in the own right.

Artist note: you know the hardest thing about this picture was picking an appropriate color for racism. first he was all black cause, you know, he's evil. then i thought it'd be funny if he was all white like his friends back there, but both of those things are suggestive to curtain nationalities. the moral of the story - we got to stop naming people after colors!

Tales of Yellow and White - Page 14 The FINALE!!!
TA-DAH!!! the last page!! finally right, it took a long time to get this done. however, at the end of the day i'm glad i did it. it was a great learning experience. so that being the case, i think i'll share with you a few of the things i learned.
1. continuing in the face of adversity is very hard and not as rewarding as people will lead you to believe. it's kind of just a live to fight another day thing.
2. don't do things casually. give 150% if i want to get decent results.
3. I AM NOT A FURRY!!! thats not something i learned i just like to say it from time to time. people seem to mistake me for one often. (not that i have anything against furries if you are one.)
4. i can't draw a straight line to save my life.
5. no one takes s**t like a man who draws boobs!
6. and most importantly, KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE.
well, all that concludes Tales of Yellow and White for now. i'll do another one (a better one) when i'm done with my comics soon to be printed in March. in the mean time i'll update with pictures and little shorts and things and i'll throw in teasers of my printed book here and there. anyway to all thoughs who read Yellow and White thanks for you time and patients, and to all that didn't shame on you i worked real hard.
